How do I get rewarded?
Check your email! Rewards will be sent to the email you register with.

When should I expect rewards?
You will receive an email on Fridays after posting on Instagram and/or TikTok if you earned a reward.

Can I get rewarded on any other social platforms?
While we encourage you to share on other platforms, we are only offering rewards for Instagram posts and TikTok videos at the moment.

Are Instagram stories included?
Instagram stories are included! You'll earn 50 points for every story post.

Is TikTok included?
In order to receive rewards for your TikTok posts, you must tag @dropps in the caption of your video.

What if I didn't receive my reward?
Please contact ambassador@dropps.com.

How do I ensure my post is valid?
Ensure you are posting from a public account, tagging the correct brand, and following the post guidelines

Terms & Conditions

To be eligible for rewards, you must sign up on this page and follow the post rules above.
Ambassadors must clearly and conspicuously disclose their material connection to Dropps. Disclosure should include:
- Hashtags including #droppsambassador or #sponsored in their posts, or “I am part of Dropps’ Ambassador Program, which gives me discounts, credits and other rewards for posting about Dropps.”
Ambassadors’ posts should only make factual statements about Dropps and will not include or infringe on the intellectual property of other parties.
Ambassadors may not make disparaging, deceptive or misleading claims about Dropps products or Dropps’ competitors’ products or services.
Ambassadors may not post content that promotes unsafe activity, bigotry, racism, or discrimination based on race, gender, religion, nationality, disability, sexual orientation, or age.
Ambassadors must comply with the applicable platform’s (e.g., Instagram or TikTok) branded content guidelines.
Dropps will monitor posts to ensure the accuracy of any claims and that Ambassadors have adequately disclosed their connection to Dropps. Dropps has the right to address non-compliant posts, including by requiring you to fix the post and/or excluding the post from eligibility for any promotions.
Dropps may use rewards member photos for marketing purposes.
Dropps may update the rewards program at any time.
