Dropps Brand Ambassador Program Terms & Conditions

These Terms & Conditions (“Terms”) govern participation in the Dropps Brand Ambassador Program (“Program”). By applying or participating, you agree to be bound by these Terms and the decisions of Dropps, PBC, which are final and binding.

Eligibility Open to legal residents of the fifty (50) United States and the District of Columbia who are eighteen (18) years of age or older as of the date of application. Employees, officers, directors, agents, and representatives of Dropps, PBC, and its affiliates, subsidiaries, advertising and promotion agencies, and their immediate family members and/or those living in the same household are not eligible.
Program Overview Selected ambassadors will: Receive promotional materials and, from time to time, free Dropps products. Have opportunities to participate in giveaways, contests, or promotional activities (collectively, “Promotions”). Be eligible for referral rewards or commissions as specified by Dropps. Participation does not constitute employment, agency, or any other formal business relationship.
How to Apply To apply, complete and submit the online application form available at https://www.dropps.com/pages/brand-ambassador-program. Submission does not guarantee acceptance. Dropps reserves the right to accept or reject any applicant at its sole discretion.
Giveaways and Promotions Current Giveaway Period: Begins on the date the Program is published online and ends July 31, 2025 at 11:59 PM Eastern Time. Winner Selection: Winners will be selected on or about August 15, 2025 from all eligible entries received. Odds of winning depend on the number of eligible entries. Winners will be notified via email within approximately five (5) business days of selection. Prizes are non-transferable and may not be substituted except at Dropps’ discretion.
Disclosure Requirements As required by the Federal Trade Commission (“FTC”) Endorsement Guidelines, ambassadors must clearly and conspicuously disclose their material connection to Dropps in all social media posts, videos, and other communications. Approved disclosures include: #DroppsAmbassador #DroppsPartner “Thanks to Dropps for gifting this product!” Failure to comply may result in removal from the Program and ineligibility for any rewards.
Publicity Grant By participating, you grant Dropps and its affiliates the right to use your name, likeness, social media handle(s), submitted content, and statements for promotional purposes without further compensation, except where prohibited by law.
Limitation of Liability By participating, you agree to release and hold harmless Dropps, PBC, its affiliates, officers, directors, employees, agents, and representatives from any and all liability, loss, damage, or injury arising from or related to participation in the Program or any Promotion, or the acceptance, possession, use, or misuse of any prize.
Privacy Information collected is subject to Dropps’ Privacy Policy. Personal information may be used to administer the Program, contact participants, and as otherwise described in the Privacy Policy.
General Conditions Dropps reserves the right to cancel, suspend, or modify the Program or any Promotion if fraud, technical failures, or any other factor impairs the integrity or proper functioning of the Program, as determined by Dropps in its sole discretion. Dropps reserves the right to disqualify any individual who tampers with the application process or violates these Terms.

Governing Law These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Delaware, without regard to its conflict of laws principles.
