1. Sponsor. The Dropps Rating & Review Sweepstakes 2026 (the "Sweepstakes") is sponsored by Dropps, PBC, 242 N. York, Suite 103, Elmhurst, IL 60126 ("Sponsor").
2. Eligibility. Open only to legal residents of the 50 United States and the District of Columbia who are at least 18 years old (or the age of majority in their state of residence) at the time of entry. Employees of Sponsor, its affiliates, agencies and anyone involved in administering the Sweepstakes, and their immediate family and household members, are not eligible.
3. Sweepstakes Period. The Sweepstakes begins at 12:00 a.m. CT on October 1, 2026 and ends at 11:59 p.m. CT on December 31, 2027 (the "Sweepstakes Period"). The Sweepstakes Period is divided into five (5) quarterly entry periods (each, an "Entry Period"):
- Entry Period 1: October 1, 2026 to December 31, 2026
- Entry Period 2: January 1, 2027 to March 31, 2027
- Entry Period 3: April 1, 2027 to June 30, 2027
- Entry Period 4: July 1, 2027 to September 30, 2027
- Entry Period 5: October 1, 2027 to December 31, 2027
Each Entry Period begins at 12:00 a.m. CT on its first day and ends at 11:59 p.m. CT on its last day. Entries do not carry over from one Entry Period to the next. Sponsor's computer is the official timekeeper.
4. How to Enter. There are two ways to enter:
Review Entry: Submit a product review of a Dropps product purchased from dropps.com through the review link provided by Sponsor or on the product page at dropps.com. Each submitted review that meets the review guidelines earns one (1) entry into the Entry Period in which it is received. All reviews are entered regardless of rating or sentiment. Reviews must reflect your honest opinion and experience.
Alternate Method of Entry (No Purchase Necessary): Hand-print your full name, mailing address, email address, phone number and date of birth on a 3" x 5" card and mail it in a stamped envelope to: Dropps Rating & Review Sweepstakes 2026, Dropps, PBC, 242 N. York, Suite 103, Elmhurst, IL 60126. Mail-in entries must be postmarked by the last day of the Entry Period in which they are to be entered and received within seven (7) days after that Entry Period ends. Each mail-in entry earns one (1) entry and will be treated equally with review entries.
Limit one (1) entry per person, per product reviewed, per Entry Period. Mail-in entrants may submit one (1) entry per separately mailed envelope, up to the same number of entries a person could earn through review entries during that Entry Period. Entries that are incomplete, illegible, automated, duplicated or submitted in violation of these rules are void. Sponsor is not responsible for lost, late, misdirected or postage-due entries.
5. Review Guidelines. Reviews may not contain profanity, offensive content, personal information, or content that infringes on the rights of others, and must be about a Dropps product. Sponsor may decline to publish a review that does not meet its posting guidelines, but eligible entries will be included in the drawing regardless of rating. Incentivized reviews may be labeled as such when published.
6. Prizes. One (1) winner will be selected per Entry Period, for a total of five (5) winners. Each winner will receive one (1) Wellness Routine Kit, which includes: one (1) 64-count box of Dropps Laundry Pods, Unscented (ARV $30.89); one (1) 64-count box of Dropps Dishwasher Pods, Unscented (ARV $27.28); one (1) 64-count box of Dropps Odor Eraser (ARV $36.00); one (1) set of Wool Dryer Balls (ARV $29.00); and one (1) set of three (3) Swedish Dish Cloths (ARV $16.00). Approximate retail value ("ARV") per kit: $139.17. Total ARV of all prizes: $695.85. No cash equivalent, transfer or substitution, except that Sponsor may substitute a prize of equal or greater value if the prize becomes unavailable. Any difference between the stated and actual value will not be awarded. Limit one (1) prize per person during the Sweepstakes Period.
7. Winner Selection and Odds. One (1) winner will be selected in a random drawing from all eligible entries received during each Entry Period, on or about the 15th day of the month following the end of that Entry Period (on or about January 15, 2027; April 15, 2027; July 15, 2027; October 15, 2027; and January 15, 2028). Odds of winning depend on the number of eligible entries received during each Entry Period.
8. Winner Notification. Potential winners will be notified by email within approximately seven (7) days after each drawing. A potential winner must respond within seven (7) days of notification or the prize may be forfeited and an alternate winner selected from the remaining eligible entries for that Entry Period. Potential winners may be required to sign and return an affidavit of eligibility and liability/publicity release within seven (7) days of receipt where permitted by law.
9. Taxes. Winners are responsible for all applicable taxes on the prize.
10. Publicity and Review License. Except where prohibited, by accepting a prize, the winner agrees that Sponsor may use their name, city, state and review for advertising and promotional purposes without further compensation. By submitting a review, entrants grant Sponsor a non-exclusive, royalty-free license to display and use the review in accordance with Sponsor's review terms.
11. General Conditions. Sponsor may disqualify anyone who tampers with the entry process or violates these rules. If the Sweepstakes cannot run as planned due to technical failures, fraud or other causes beyond Sponsor's control, Sponsor may cancel, modify or suspend it and select winners from eligible entries received before the action. Sponsor's decisions are final.
12. Release and Limitation of Liability. By entering, entrants agree to release and hold harmless Sponsor and its affiliates, agencies and their employees from any claims, injuries, losses or damages arising from participation in the Sweepstakes or acceptance or use of any prize.
13. Disputes. These rules are governed by the laws of the State of Illinois. Any disputes will be resolved individually, without resort to class action, in the state or federal courts located in DuPage County, Illinois.
14. Privacy. Information collected from entrants is subject to Sponsor's Privacy Policy at https://www.dropps.com/policies/privacy-policy.
15. Winner List. For the names of the winners, send a self-addressed stamped envelope to the address in Section 4, marked "Winner List," within 60 days after the end of the Sweepstakes Period.
