No Tolerance For Hate Statement

At Dropps, there is no space for hate. We believe that diversity is the chief source of progress. Diversity is all-inclusive and recognizes every individual in their own merit, outside of generalizations that are often made about groups of people. A broad definition includes not only race, ethnicity, and gender — the characteristics that most often come to mind when the term “diversity” is used — but also age, national origin, culture influences, religion, disability, sexual orientation, gender identity or expression, socioeconomic status, education, marital status, language, physical appearance, caregiver status, etc. For Dropps, it also includes different ideas, perspectives, and value systems so long as they do not harm or hurt someone else’s identity and experience.


We believe our entire community - our staff, customers, board members - has the right to an environment free from all prejudice and abuse. We are therefore committed to a strict, zero-tolerance policy on any discrimination, harassment, or bullying regarding sexual conduct, race, sex, disability, gender, age, sexual orientation, beliefs, and socio-economic background.


We actively uphold the right of every individual and group within our community to be treated with dignity and respect. We believe everyone should be treated equitably. This means we fully support and encourage anyone who is experiencing, has experienced, or has witnessed, any form of discrimination, harassment, or bullying to make us aware so that we can offer support and/or advice; no act is considered too small to be addressed. 


We take all such allegations seriously and will investigate thoroughly to ensure any such behavior is challenged and that appropriate actions are taken in order to ensure the security and comfort of our community members and their environment. Additionally, we train all of our team members so that they are confident in reporting incidents and seeking necessary support.



Regarding any comments or inquiries from customers that include discriminatory, violent, aggressive, and/or vulgar language: we reserve the right to remove comments, block followers, remove posts, and/or halt relationships with customers who are abusive to our team or members of our community.
