I have been a long time Dropps subscriber. I was surprised and disappointed when I received an email saying my order had shipped, since usually I receive a notification via email a few days before, allowing me to delay the shipment. This time I didn't (I even went through my emails, spam, etc, up to a week before, looking for it -- it wasn't there). I immediately emailed to let them know that 1. I didn't need more product and 2. I have moved, so the shipping address was wrong. The person who emailed me back told me there was nothing I could do, and that in the future, I needed to let them know a week in advance before shipping of any address changes. How exactly am I supposed to do that when I didn't know it would ship? I ended up cancelling my subscription.

1 pod = 1 load
