Today is America Recycles Day! Keep America Beautiful uses this day to celebrate, encourage, and educate people across the country about recycling. Here at Dropps, we've made a commitment to reducing single-use plastics and and we encourage our community to reuse and recycle our low-waste cardboard packaging. We're proud to continue our mission and provide Dropps customers with several ways to get involved in America Recycles Day!
Take the Pledge! The #BeRecycled Pledge covers three ways to commit to this cause. 1. Learn by finding out what can and cannot be recycled in your community. 2. Act by only reducing the amount of waste you produce, recycle more, and buy products that contain recycled materials. 3. Share this pledge with your family and friends.
Organize an event! Get out there and host a clean-up event in your neighborhood. Gather your family and friends and pick up and sort trash around you community so that recyclables are properly disposed of.
Volunteer! If you're looking for more ways to get on the grounds, join the movement at Keep America Beautiful by searching for opportunities that include beach clean-ups, tree and garden planting, and educating the next generation.
