The Dropps Greater Goods Giveaway

Purpose. These Dropps Greater Goods Giveaway Official Rules (the “Rules”) govern the These Dropps Greater Goods Giveaway (the “Giveaway”). By entering into the Giveaway, you fully and unconditionally agree to be bound by these Rules and represent that you satisfy all eligibility requirements for the Giveaway.
Sponsor. The Giveaway is sponsored by Dropps (“Sponsor” or “Dropps”). The Giveaway is not sponsored or administered by any other company (including, without limitation, Instagram or Facebook, which are not associated with and do not endorse this Giveaway). Several other companies are providing prizes for the Giveaway (such companies, the “Participating Brands”), and you may be able to enter the Giveaway by taking particular actions with some of the Participating Brands, as described in these rules. By entering the Giveaway, you agree to release Instagram and Facebook of any obligation, expectation, claim, or liability of any kind in connection with your entry or the Giveaway.
Binding Agreement. As described above, in order to enter or participate in the Giveaway and to potentially receive a prize, you must fully and unconditionally agree to be bound by these Rules. By entering the Giveaway, you represent that you have read these Rules prior to your entry and that you fully and unconditionally understand and agree to them.
Eligibility. To be eligible to enter the Giveaway, you must be at least eighteen (18) years old and a legal resident in the contiguous United States. Employees, officers, and directors of Sponsor or any Participating Brand, and their immediate family members (i.e., parents, children, spouses or partners, grandparents, grandchildren, aunts, uncles, nieces, or nephews), are not eligible to enter the Giveaway.
Participating Brands and Media Partners. The Participating Brands include each of the following: Dropps, Lodge Cast Iron, Thrive Market, Bees Wrap, Urban Leaf, Lettuce Grow, Dyper, Yumi, Think, Coalatree, MYRO, FRÉ Skin Care, Caravan Wellness, HiBar, Imperfect Foods, Bright Cellars, Better Booch, AllTrue, Conscious Step, The Rounds.
How to Enter. Participation in the Giveaway is voluntary and does not require you to purchase anything from Sponsor or the Participating Brands. You can enter the Giveaway in one or more of the following ways:
- Sign up for Dropps’ and the Participating Brands’ email newsletters by visiting https://www.dropps.com/pages/virtual-holiday-popup (the “Giveaway Website”) and following the instructions available there. This will result in one entry. You are limited to one entry using this method.
- Send a 3” by 5” card containing your name, email address, and phone number to Sponsor at Dropps, Two Logan Square, Suite 400, Philadelphia, PA 19103., Attn: Brand Partnerships, with the phrase “Dropps Greater Goods Giveaway” written on the card. Each mailed card received by Dropps during the Giveaway Period (as defined below) will result in one entry. Cards received before or after the Giveaway Period will be discarded and not entered into the Giveaway.
All entries must be completed (and, if applicable, received) during the Giveaway Period. Any entries completed (and, if applicable, received) before or after the Giveaway Period will not be entered into the Giveaway.
NO PURCHASE IS NECESSARY TO ENTER OR WIN A PRIZE. A PURCHASE WILL NOT INCREASE YOUR CHANCES OF WINNING.
Giveaway Period. The Giveaway begins at 12:00 a.m., Eastern on Wednesday, November 10, 2021 and ends at 11:59 p.m., Eastern Time, on Thursday, December 30, 2021 (the “Giveaway Period”). The official time for the Giveaway Period shall be determined by Sponsor’s computer systems. All dates are subject to change.
Selection and Notification of Winners. Following the Giveaway Period, two entries will be selected as potential winners by random selection from entries that fully comply with these Rules. The potential winners will be notified by Sponsor via e-mail, during the week of December 6th, 2021, and January 3rd, 2022. The potential winners are subject to validation and verification of eligibility and compliance with these Rules, and may be required, at the Sponsor’s discretion, to provide additional information and to sign and return a liability release, a publicity release, and/or tax-related documents as a condition of receiving a prize. The potential winners must respond to the email notification and provide all requested information and signed documents within 48 hours after the email notification is delivered. If a potential winner does not respond with the requested information and signed documents within 48 hours after the email notification is delivered, the potential winner may be disqualified and Sponsor may select another potential winner. The first two potential winners who meet these and the other requirements set forth in these Rules, in the Sponsor’s sole discretion, will be determined by Sponsor to be the winners (“Winners”). Decisions by Sponsor are final and binding.Winners Announcement. The name of the Winners will be available upon written request directed to the Sponsor’s Contact Us page for 90 days after the end of the Giveaway Period.
