How To: Wash Denim
1. Hand Washing: Fill basin/sink with cool water and detergent pac. Machine Washing: Set washer on cold setting and add a laundry detergent pac to the washer drum. (Read: Best Practices for Using Laundry Pods)
3. Turn garment inside out.
4. Gently hand wash or machine wash on cold cycle.
5. If handwashing, take garment out of the water and gently squeeze the excess water out--don't wring.
6. Rinse until clear of detergent.
7. Hang dry.
Protect your denim from fold lines by hanging in your closet with clip hangers or on pant hangers.
Tip: If your jeans are stretched out, a quick tumble in the dryer can help them regain their shape. Follow the care label and remove the jeans when they are slightly damp to prevent unwanted creasing.
We recommend Dropps Sensitive Skin Laundry Detergent Pacs. They keep the color in your denim (no fading!) and protect the fibers from wearing out and getting holes. That means your favorite jeans will stay your favorite jeans.
